Below is an excerpt from a client session that took place in July 2019. Thank you to our client for being willing to share this excerpt.
Client: So I see a man standing there.
Scott: What does he look like?
C: He looks like Jesus or Yeshua as I call him, “Yeshi.” He’s just standing very still. I’m just dancing around.
S: Is there something he wants to tell you or show you or something he wants you to know?
C: Oh, he wants me to come with him. Except we’re going somewhere now.
S: Where are we going?
C: We’re going up some stairs and through something. It’s not really a door, it’s just like through something – a threshold or something. So we’re walking but there is nothing to walk on. It’s just space, not outer space, but just like like a light blue.. mmm..that’s strange. Okay so he’s moving he’s moving the light around so I can see something beyond it. It’s someplace with big buildings, like castle looking buildings. We went there and we’re walking… this is the place I call “Cloud City.”
Cloud City
S: Is this a place you’ve been before?
C: Yes, it’s like clouds, it’s like big cathedrals on top of the clouds.
S: What happens in cloud city? What’s the purpose of it?
C: It’s like everyone everyone has a castle or a cathedral in Cloud City. So I have mine, I have one, everyone has one. And this is kind of like outside the gates of what we would think of heaven.
S: What’s your cathedral like? What does it look like?
C: It has really high ceilings, of course, and hard floors and in the center is a birdbath type of thing with water in it, which I’ve seen before in past lives. And then there’s big medieval windows and things. It looks very medieval and then there’s steps that go up to an altar space. It’s just a platform with another step and then there’s a big window and that’s where God, the God energy, is. This is kind of also what I saw in one of my past lives where I was gathering the the water of life. So it’s kind of like you open this this window and the water of life is flowing, which is like this God, this light, this God light. So this is where spiritual people would go into their Cathedral to pray and connect with God and that energy. So we’re going in there. He’s bringing me up to the stairs. It’s like a cleansing thing when you go there. He’s just kneeling down with me there. And I don’t look like me like I do now, I’m still in my spiritual energy whatever. [Your lightbody?] Yeah.
S: What does your lightbody look like?
C: There’s a lot of movement. It’s not still. I have a lot of colors, like green colors and things, and blue swirling all around me. It’s kind of like if someone had flowy clothes and long hair and they were in a windstorm and it’s kind of like that, but it’s going around me.
E: So I’m touching the water of life and I’m actually drinking some. That’s cool.
S: What happens when you drink the water of life?
C: It makes you brighter.
S: Does it have a taste?
C: Not really. It’s just tastes like, [laughing] I can’t explain what light tastes like! But, it’s making me a little brighter. Cool! So I’m brighter now and I’m blessing myself with the water.
Heaven
C: Okay, so now we’re going to leave there. He’s holding my hands. He says, “Do you want to ask me any questions? What do you want to do?” I said, “Can we go into heaven through the gates?, and he’s like “Yeah, sure!” So I’m going through there, when you go through there’s a street and buildings and people, but the people look like people they don’t look like me with the energy and stuff.
S: Are they people you recognize?
C: No, it’s just people. Everybody recognizes everybody [laughing]. There’s nobody that, in heaven there’s no one that you don’t know. There’s no strangers.
S: What happens in heaven?
C: It’s just a place that’s close to the light. It’s the place of love. They play, they eat food, they just live their lives in this part. There’s other parts.
S: Does everybody go to heaven? Or how does that work?
C: No, not everyone. Not everyone will go to heaven at once, all at once, he’s saying. Eventually. Heaven is really big. He says we’re in a small area here, but he’s showing me the vastness of heaven. Not everyone will go to this area of heaven, but everyone will be in heaven. And now I’m asking him, well I’m confused now, because he says this is where we call heaven, but he’s saying this is where he resides in this heaven. But that heaven as a whole is really enormous.
S: What’s the purpose of heaven?
C: It’s where we live.
S: Where we live? [Yes] Where we live when we die? Or where we live in our dreams?
C: [laughing] No this is where we live. This is where we live. We don’t live on earth.
S: Oh! We live in heaven all the time?
C: [laughing] Yes. This is where we all live. We come here to experience things.
S: ‘Here’ being earth?
C: Yes.
S: Oh, but we live in heaven?
C: We always live in heaven. Always. We live there. This is where we live.
S: And we come to earth to experience things?
C: Yes.
S: Do we imagine earth?
C: He says no, it’s real. I guess it’s more complicated than than we think. It’s real but it’s not….it’s real, it’s not imaginary. We visit here (earth) but we live there (heaven). So you know, when people die here (on earth) they say, “Oh, I’m going home.”
The Higher Self
C: So I asked him, “What is the higher-self?” He says, well the higher self is you.
S: Your self that’s in heaven?
C: Yes. This [pointing to herself] is a portrayal of me.
S: Your body is a portrayal of you? Your experience on earth is a portrayal of you?
C: Not the body but, you. This is a portrayal of my higher self. I’m not even sure what portrayal means, I’ll have to look it up. Portrayal.
S: Like a representation of your higher self?
C: It’s like I’m experiencing myself. By being here in this portrayal I’m experiencing myself.
S: And if you stayed in heaven and didn’t have the experience on earth, you wouldn’t be able to experience yourself as fully?
C: I’m asking him, “Why can’t I experience myself here?” One second…I can’t experience something that I’m in. I can only experience it if I move out of it and then move back into it.
S: OK.
C: You know?
S: Yes.
C: If you’re swimming in water you’re just in the water and if you’re in there long enough you become…you’re just in it. Have you ever gotten out of a pool or something and you felt very heavy or you felt the difference, and then you get back in the pool and it’s like you’re experiencing it again. [smiling and laughing] I just love being with him. We’re just holding hands and he’s just like a friend. He has such good energy, I mean of course he does right? [laughing] Yeah he’s great great energy. So, I said “Let’s go over here.” And we’re just holding hands walking together. He’s chillin’. He’s very chill. There’s never any resistance from him about things. He just goes with the flow. He doesn’t think about anything, he doesn’t overthink or think about anything, he’s just very easy.
Who is Yeshua?
S: Who is he? Who is Yeshua? And if you want, if it’s easier for you, you can have him just speak right through you.
C: Oh, I don’t know. [pause as she adjusted] I am the light.
S: What does that mean to be the light?
C: It’s love, it’s everything. Ok, hold on… It’s everything that’s everything’s created from.
S: We’re taught that Yeshua is the son of God. Do we understand that correctly?
C: He is the son of God and God. Because he is of God, he’s from God. He came from God.
S: Do we all come from God?
C: We all come from him.
S: We all come from him?
C: Yes, but he says that we’re all his children. He comes from God, we come from him. We are children of God and children of him because he is not just one thing. He’s the son of God and God. We are his children and God’s children because he’s both.
S: And then who was Jesus, we know as the man who was on earth?
C: Jesus was God incarnate and he experienced himself. [deep breath] I am the light and the love. All who experience me will know God.
S: How do we experience you?
C: By loving your neighbor.
S: How do we love our neighbor?
C: By living through love. By accepting others. By following my example.
S: What was your example?
C: I showed the way to live in the light.
S: Did you do that as a way to show us what’s possible for each of us?
C: [I did it] to give you a gift, the gift of my love. Forever and ever. All time. Each and every one of you as my children. I went through the journey. I saw the light and I showed you how to see the light. He says he’ll come back in spirit. He’ll come back, but in spirit.
S: In spirit?
C: Yes, not in an incarnation.
S: What would he like us to know? ‘Us’ being the people of earth?
C: We are one. We are always one. He says try to remember him. He says we’ll all come into the light and that everything’s fine, everything’s OK.
S: Why did we get scared? Why do people feel scared so much?
C: Not knowing thyself.
S: When we feel afraid, what’s a good way for us to return to a place of calm peace or love?
C: He says that we should seek him. He’s always here. We know this. He’s our comfort. Oh, okay…we’re leaving through the gates. He’s walking me somwhere. Awwww… we’re hugging. He’s leaving. OK, he’s left me and I’m just in Cloud City. I’m walking around…
Many of our sessions include guidance to meditate – either begin meditating or meditate more regularly. To help people get started, we created this brief instructional video.
The following is an excerpt from a client session conducted in June 2019. I am sharing with the client’s permission. An audio version of this excerpt is available here: https://youtu.be/vg94SH-euA8
Sara went right past the cloud and shot off into space.
Sara (SJ): Everything looks so small, but that’s just because it’s at a distance, but the…the AMOUNT of it is just staggering.
Scott (SK): What does it look like?
SJ: There’s brighter spots and pinpoints of light and round masses and swirls with matter coalescing, but it’s huge!
SK: How does it feel?
SJ: I feel awestruck.
SK: Are you part of it, or are you just looking at it?
SJ: I’m observing it. I’m aware that I’m a part of it, but it’s just interesting that as a human it feels like there is an amount of importance or differentiation from other things but it’s such a tiny tiny speck of everything.
SK: So we put all of this importance on the things that we are doing as humans, but really in the grand scheme of things it’s nothing?
SJ: Mmmm hmmm…and it’s like the earth barely even matters in the grand scheme of things because IT is like a tiny speck compared to all. And so the idea that what one being might choose to do on that one planet in this vastness of space is both comical and beautiful. Like that one person or being or animal cannot possible change the trajectory of all that is but yet every single being is so important to all that is. Because without even that one being, that one bit of energy it would be nothing. You can’t have an ocean without individual drops of water. And nothing is ever truly gone. Energy just lives on in a different way. It’s like a pitcher that pouring water into a puddle, but then the puddle is feeding the pitcher. So it’s just this constant stream of movement.
SK: Like the clouds raining into the streams and then evaporating out…and the cosmos is like that? [mmmm hmmm] So the energy in the cosmos moves like that? Energy moves throughout the cosmos?
SJ: It’s not necessarily that there is a constant shift or change from a physical sense, but energy never dies. It can’t be less or more than it ever was.
SK: So it goes on forever…
SJ: Or now [laughing]
SK: Yeah, because there is only now. [mmmm hmmm] What are you seeing now?
SJ: Not much of anything.
SK: Is there anything you want to explore there or look more closely at?
SJ: I have the sensation of a wink of the eye…it’s all so fast, and yet it’s eons upon eons, but it’s all the blink of an eye, and I don’t think I have the words. The vastness and infiniteness of it also feels like a speck.
SK: So it’s everything all at once..it’s bigger than we can possibly imagine, but also smaller.
SJ: Also smaller…
SK: It just goes on forever and ever, but also the blink of an eye.
SJ: It’s like a single sound, but it’s everything.
SK: Like a single sound contains all of the other sounds?
SJ: Mmmm hmmm. All energy, all life. It’s like someone spoke a word and everything was, but the someone that spoke is also part of that everything, too. So it’s like the everything became conscious of itself the moment it was born. There is never a time that it wasn’t there, either. Sara is having a hard time with this.
SK: Why is she having a hard time?
SJ: How is it born if it was never not there?
SK: How was it born?
SJ: It became conscious of itself.
SK: How did that happen?
SJ: It just is.
SK: Is that like the word of God spoke it into existence?
SJ: That’s one way that it’s conceptualized. And, also ‘Ohm’ is another way it’s conceptualized. But ultimately there is a lot of different ways to try to understand it, but it all comes back to the same thing. And it’s something that’s hard to understand because it’s so far out of the experience of most lifeforms.
SK: Because most life forms aren’t conscious enough to begin to understand this?
SJ: There is a limiting nature to physical form. Spirit understands because there is no limitations on the awareness, but spirit doesn’t ask the question because they already know.
SK: So physical forms then ask the questions?
SJ: Right, there’s a process of trying to understand the order of things. Part of that comes from fear, uncertainty…you know, “If I understand the way things work, then I can be comfortable.” But the purpose of life is to be uncomfortable because it’s through discomfort that we push ourselves and we grow and develop. If we truly were comfortable we wouldn’t feel the need to do any of that. And the physical form is limiting, but there’s a reason for that.
SK: What’s the reason?
SJ: So that they will be uncomfortable…
SK: So that we’ll be uncomfortable and it will force us to grow and learn?
SJ: There will always be an understanding that there is information that is not readily available to us and when you strive for that information in that is what defines life purpose.
SK: Striving for information that is unknown helps to define life purpose?
SJ: Mmmm hmmm.
SK: It really is the life purpose, the purpose of that spirit coming into form?
SJ: Ultimately the purpose of a life is to just be and to experience and to grow and to add to the collective understanding and vibration of all that is. Having doubts or not having all the answers that one might want to have causes a need to strive and understand and have experiences that add to that knowledge. And that’s what a life is – is having experiences. And so if all of the information is provided easily there would be no need to have experiences and therefore no need to be alive in the first place.
SK: That’s amazing.
SJ: It is pretty cool [laughter]. So much suffering happens because humans aren’t willing to surrender to that process and while the fear and the discomfort is necessary in order to push for growth and understanding, when that (the fear and discomfort) becomes the primary focus the growth and understanding doesn’t happen. And so there needs to be a balance of allowing in a discomfort but moving through it and seeking to get past it. You’ll never get past all the discomfort while you’re physically alive, but the process of moving through it is a process of evolution of the spirit. And for those that get stuck in fear and the uncertainty, they’re not allowing themselves to move forward through the experience and they’re causing more suffering than is necessary. And they look to God or whatever constructs they have to ask “Why are you causing this suffering of my life?” because they’re not willing to see that they have responsibility for that themselves.
SK: Are they creating their own illusion of suffering?
SJ: Oh, absolutely. It’s coming from their fear of change. If they can surrender to the inevitable change of life it would be much less suffering.
SK: What does it look like to surrender to the inevitable change of life?
SJ: Look at nature. You can try to stop a vine from growing, but it will find every possible way, every little crack and crevice and any little sliver of light to seek and grow it doesn’t question “Why did these people put these rocks here? Why did they try to stop me?” It just keeps growing. It adapts and evolves as necessary to keep itself growing and alive. Because nature isn’t willing to be easily tamed or confined.
SK: And so if we as humans adopt that mentality of relentless growing toward the light, reaching for the light, regardless of what’s happening, if we adopt the attitude of the vine…
SJ: It’s all a choice. The beauty of nature is that there’s not the same ego mind that gets involved and thwarts the process.
SK: What’s the purpose of our minds and how could we use our conscious minds more effectively?
SJ: There’s beauty in the growth of all things. For nature, like plants and things like that, there’s a simplicity to it. And it raises the vibration of everything to a degree. But there’s a limit to that because it’s only through meeting challenge and hardship that true growth happens. And the challenges of the mind are to inhibit growth in a way not to prevent it from happening but to make it necessary to make conscious choice to move beyond that. And THAT is what raises the vibration. Any time there is a conscious choice made to bring love or beauty it raises the vibration even higher. A plant doesn’t make a conscious choice. It instinctively reaches towards the light or to the water and so it’s fulfilling its purpose but it’s not pushing evolution of all life because it doesn’t have a choice whereas a human and some animals and other lifeforms in the multiple galaxies in the universe there are choices that are available. It’s through choosing kindness, choosing love, choosing growth that everything is able to shift. The consciousness of everything raises.
SK: Why is it important to choose love, kindness and raise vibration? Why does it matter?
SJ: The universe itself is going through a process of growth. It’s not clear if there’s an end goal, it’s an experiment in a way. It’s really hard to describe. An analogy would be giving children some toys and playthings and some of them are poorly made and will break easily. Some of them are a much more intuitive design and will last for a long time. Some of them might inflict harm in some way – stepping on them or using them in a way that wasn’t intended. While others are relatively safe and giving these toys to these children is a process of watching what happens with them. Do they discard the ones over time that are not as intuitive designed or cause harm? Do they gravitate towards those that are a higher quality or have more of a purpose? And then observing everything that happens and giving some nudges as that parent along the way. “That one is hurting you, maybe that’s something to stop using or to let go of.” It’s like that’s happening on a universal scale. Life began and some aspects of the universe and some life forms were more evolved to begin with than others and the universe is observing everything that happens within it with all these life forms and just noticing the inclination over time to grow and develop and discard that which no longer serves or causes harm in order to value that which is more intrinsically beautifully and loving and positive. Negativity is not a bad thing, there’s an inclination to seek and strive for the positive at the expense of the negative, but that’s truly impossible. The negative is a learning tool. When someone tries to discard the negative, they actually stay stuck in it much more so than if they accepted it and allowed it to integrate into their lives. It’s impossible to appreciate the beauty of something without having something else to contrast it with.
SK: You can’t have light without the darkness.
SJ: Mmmm hmmm. And so the universe is just going through this growth and evolution along with every single being that’s a part of it because it is all one. And, there’s a sense that it goes on forever, but the evolution keeps building and building and building. It’s not clear if it just all ceases to exist once that culmination has finally happened but each aspect of the galaxy and the universe is on a different trajectory and on a different point in development and as one planet or galaxy or set of beings achieves a higher level of evolution they are then able to assist those that are not as far along that path.
SK: That’s amazing.
As humans, the concept of love can feel complicated. We get lost in the drama and pain of “love” that has ended or been somehow unrequited. We are told “love hurts.” What is love really ?
Love is the most powerful force in the universe.
Love can heal any wound. Any emotion you feel is a call for love – it shows you right where some part of you is calling out for love in the form of acceptance, acknowledgement, or forgiveness. Any ache or pain you feel is your body communicating a message to you that has been previously overlooked or ignored.
Only love is real. Everything else is a temporary misunderstanding.
The love you feel for yourself, a child, a pet or another person goes on forever and survives beyond the death of this lifetime. Everything else – fear, anger, mistrust, sadness – are merely temporary misunderstandings that fall away at death. The process of healing ourselves is a process of learning to allow the light of love to shine on the parts of our bodies, our thoughts, our memories that have been trapped in the darkness of misunderstanding. Misunderstanding takes the form of fear, guilt, shame, worry, regret, anger and the like. Love acts as the great metaphysical salve that allows those parts of us held in the dark to be seen, accepted, held and allowed to once again experience the light of the universe.
Your higher self exists in a state of love. Every time you are loving, kind, forgiving, and compassionate to yourself and others, you are being your higher self. Learn to love everything in your life – every feeling, thought, and action you take. Think of yourself as a beautiful, loving person, doing the best you know how to grow and evolve.” – Sonaya Roman
This post goes with with the post about being Impeccable with your Word. I’ll tell my story later, but the essence is that I’ve been dealing with chronic pain since 2012 and I’ve chosen the path of holistic, energetic and spiritual healing to bring myself to full well being. We explore these concepts daily and try earnestly to put them into practice. Each day is fascinating and I feel we’re gaining momentum of fully understanding and embodying all we’ve learned.
This was today’s pre-meditation question and the answer that came after 20 minutes of meditation and a brief discussion of “what comes to us.”
Why is there sharp pain shooting from my hip to my foot on the right side?
It is fear and doubt manifesting in your body. Your body is healing and fear/doubt create resistance which causes friction/heat/“inflammation”. Disengage from fear and doubt and they won’t have impact in your healing. The assembly/understanding of “be impeccable with your Word” (from the “Four Agreements”) is important. The “Word of God” is just energy influencing experiences. Thoughts are variations of spoken Words, so the thoughts you engage with influence your entire being and that which you wish to create. A negative thought, such as fear, worry, anger, resentment, judgment of self or others, only serve to conflate those same emotions and pull you “down” or away from what you really desire which is peace, joy, well being, abundance, ease, love, compassion, etc. Why create your own stalemate by entertaining the negative when you have all the power to choose a higher and better response to empower more of what you desire? The feeling of being stuck is really a tug of war with yourself between infinite possibility and ideas of lack (or any opposing ends of dualistic concepts- “light vs darkness” being the most simplistic version.). Creation energy is neutral and will only energize more of what you think and feel, so choose wisely .
“I Am” statements are so much more powerful because all of the power is in the present moment. “I want” statements only keep that which you want just out of reach because that energy holds the resonance of not having it Now – it’s out there somewhere, but not not here with me now. Close the distance by saying, thinking, and acting as if you already have it and soon you embody and manifest the desire. Take note of any and all “evidence” of your desire which serves to reinforce the energy of already having it. When you notice thoughts to the contrary, develop your skill of “choosing a new playmate” by disengaging with the old/negative thoughts and returning to your “new friends” of positivity, encouragement and unwavering support for your highest and greatest good. Consider each time old thoughts surface as a beautiful opportunities to practice and hone your new skills. Expect to be challenged because you’re ready. Expect to be challenged because you are “prepared and powerful!”
I believe that the most important thing any of us can do for ourselves, our families and planet earth is to raise our consciousness. People with higher levels of consciousness think, decide and take action in ways that that are vastly different than people with lower levels of consciousness. I believe this difference is the missing link that will help humanity be able to choose love instead of fear, peace instead of war, acceptance instead of judgment, abundance instead of scarcity and environmental healing instead of environmental degradation.
What is Consciousness?
The way I’m defining consciousness is the awareness and understanding that we are all connected to each other and everything else on planet earth and the broader universe. We are perfect souls inhabiting perfectly designed bodies and we have inside of us access to all of the information we need in order to to heal our wounds and live a fulfilling and joyous life. The messages we need to do this are being communicated to us from our soul (or higher self) through our bodies, emotions, relationships and experiences we are having in our lives. We just may not know this is the case, and even if we do, we might not know how to “hear” these messages and take action on them. Raising consciousness in my view is the process of understanding the nature of our realities (we are creating 100% of it 100% of the time) and how we can develop our internal guidance system to create a reality that is better suited to our soul’s highest purpose for this lifetime.
How does raising our consciousness help us?
The process of raising consciousness helps us to:
We’d like to help and encourage others to be able to identify, interpret an understand the wisdom locked inside of themselves to help them live healthier, happier, and more productive lives.
